I’m looking forward to coming back and obviously Keith won’t be with us, but he’s been waiting to tour too and I think he’s been in his prime of wanting to showcase all the stuff he’s been working on. It’s been lovely to work with him,’ she added.

Jessica will be joined next season by returning coaches Guy Sebastian and Rita Ora.

Meanwhile, speculation continues to swirl about Keith’s replacement.

Keith announced his decision to step down from The Voice earlier this month, explaining that he wanted to put his family first by scaling back his work commitments.

‘I actually don’t think of it as the end of a chapter at all because I love doing the show,’ he told The Sunday Telegraph.

I love the fact that those last two seasons happened and were able to happen for me because I had a blast doing it. I feel very close to everybody on the set and hopefully the door can stay open because I would jump back in a heartbeat.

‘Much like The Voice in America has x amount of coaches come and go depending on what their schedules are, I would love to hope that The Voice might afford me that opportunity as well.’

He said he was trying to balance his schedule with wife Nicole Kidman so they could take their children to visit their grandparents and extended family for the holidays.

Keith will start his tour of Australia on December 1 at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.
