Emily Atack and Kimberley Walsh wipe away tears at the Pride Of Britain Awards
Emily Atack and Kimberley Walsh were unable to hide their emotions on as they watched an inspirational young girl receive a Pride Of Britain Award.
The TV star, 32, and the former Girls Aloud singer, 40, could be seen wiping away tears as they sat in the audience at the event on Sunday night.
Elizabeth Soffe, eight, suffered life-threatening burns to her body as a baby when she almost died in the cot fire at just six months old.

During the humbling evening, Elizabeth was awarded with the Child Of Courage after raising £200,000 for the hospital where she was treated for her burns.
Kimberley could be seen looking teary while Elizabeth was up on stage, as Emily was left with tears streaming down her face during the emotional moment.
When she went up on stage to receive her award, Elizabeth was asked by host Carol Vorderman what she would say to anyone who is struggling.

Elizabeth, who lost most of her fingers and part of her nose and an ear during the event, sweetly replied: ‘People who are mean to you don’t understand that you are better than them on the inside than them.’
‘It doesn’t matter what you look like, it just matters that you’re kind.’
She was presented with the award by the cast of Strictly Come Dancing.

Years after the tragic fire took place, which was set off by a faulty air conditioner at their home in Qatar, Elizabeth raised thousands for Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
Elizabeth’s father Liam, said: ‘Her mum went inside and the room was on fire. The cot was on fire. Elizabeth was on fire.’
Elizabeth’s mum added: ‘She’s amazing, she wows us every day and the fact she wants to help others is just so her. This award means the world to her – and us.’
