Antigoni said: ‘I’m submitting three songs but one in particular is my favorite.

It’s an up-tempo, powerful, fiery and romantic track with both Greek and English lyrics.

‘Combining modern sounds and Hip-hop production with Greek traditional sounds and melodies is my style.’

The reality star admitted performing in the UK, where she resides, would make it extra special.

She added: ‘I’m so proud of my Greek roots and my goal as a musician is to share Greek sounds and culture with the world.

‘As the Eurovision is being held in the UK where I live, it would be an honor to be able to use my platform here to shine a light on the country I’m representing.’

Antigoni, who’s the daughter of celebrity chef Tonia, enjoyed a memorable stint in the Love Island villa this summer having joined as one of the bombshell arrivals.

The North Londoner has a music background and was signed by Island Records when she was 20 by former president Darcus Beese, the man who also signed Amy Winehouse to the label.

After parting company with the firm, she set up her own independent label Sirena Records and released a single called Hit List in May.

Before entering Love Island, she dated former contestant Jack Fowler for a few months before the romance fizzled out.

She also had a nine-year relationship with her childhood sweetheart before they split up so she could focus on music.

During her spell on the ITV2 series Antigoni had feelings for eventual winner Davide Sanclimenti and Jay Younger but didn’t have the chance to pursue a relationship with either of them.

She said: ‘I knew with Davide, if it did develop, it would have been real and if it didn’t, we’d have just kept having a laugh together and getting along and whatever.

‘I would have wanted to have got to know Jay, but not make it so easy for him, so Davide and I would have kept vibing and having a good time and also got to know Jay.’

Antigoni has been supporting close friend and former co-star Paige Thorne through her recent split from Adam Collard after he was accused of cheating on her.

The pair partied at Ekin-Su’s Oh Polly launch last Wednesday and spent the weekend in Manchester together while Adam jetted off to a fitness retreat in Bali.
