Undercover made its return to IRL shows this season in Paris, experiencing a literal and figurative rebirth. The collection featured slashes on classic tailoring, with delicate lace trim and rosettes at each slit. The metamorphosis and rebirth metaphors abounded, but were rooted in, point blank, really awesome clothes. Easy wide-leg jeans and chinos paired with cut-up cotton tops and graphic sweatshirts, and neon suiting and dresses were offset by a series of metallic crinkly loofah dresses, hiked up and ready for a walk through the trenches.Kevin LeBlanc, fashion associate
